Matting delivery no 2

Good news for the climbing wall, we are expecting to take delivery of our second lorry load of matting to arrive in Dublin tomorrow morning! We still can't give a definitive opening date, as the mats still need to be covered and carpeted, all we can say is that it will be very, very soon! Once we have a definite date, we'll post it here!

Also due in the next few days is a delivery of Red Chili climbing shoes, which will be available for hire. Sizes go from children's 12 through to adults' 12, and hire cost will be €3.50

Lastly, routesetting is now complete, with 7 circuits noe on the wall. Here's a list of what is on offer...

Blues; Font 4's & 5's. (This circuit is a nice intro, perfect for novice climbers and kids. Problems finish slightly short of the top of the wall to help you get used to jumping off)

Flags: 5's

Pinks: 5 - 6a

Blacks: 6a - 6b

Greens: 6b - 6c

Yellows: 6c - 7a

Reds: 7a and harder

Each circuit has 20 to 25 problems and if you run out of circuits to do, there are another 30 or so problems on the comp wall, ranging from 5 to very, very difficult indeed!
